“Allah” is the name that the Qur’an most frequently uses when referring to God, Creator of the heavens and earth, Lord of the universe, and the only entity in existence that truly possesses the qualities of divinity and lordship. This name belongs to Him alone.
“Allah” is also the name most often used by Muslims to refer to the one true God, regardless of their native languages. He also has other names, such as: the Exalted in Might, the Sovereign, the Prevailing, the True Reality, the Provider, the All-Knowing, Justice, Peace, the Praiseworthy, the Subtle, the Merciful, the All-Encompassing; but all of them are included within the word “Allah”
