Applicants must be enrolled as students at U.S. higher education institutions
Applicants should be a (former) resident of the municipalities Brunssum, Onderbanken, Schinnen, and Sittard only.
Applicants should be from the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Poland, Greece, Romania, Spain, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria or Turkey only
Applicants should hold a passport from an emerging country in South America, Africa or Asia.
